Dinners this Week

Brats cooked in beer + grilled onions cooked in some kind of culinary lubricant. One of our favorites. This picture was not edited with Photoshop. Catherine's plate and tablecloth are really shaped like that, and yes, this sandwich was so awesome that it could be both open and closed at the same time.

Red beans & rice with brats, asparagus, creamed corn, & ginger ale. Brats come in packages of 5 or 6, so there's always a couple of 'em left over, and this is what we typically do with them the next night. Also we've decided we really like ginger ale.
