We used to just make the dinners in foil but then we had this idea to use some big ol' onions. We stuffed 'em with ground beef, bacon, parsley, tomatoes, peppers, & cheese.
When we threw 'em in the fire, the oniony outsides imprisoned the savory juices while simultaneously providing a barrier against the alzheimerinum foil. I guess they don't look all that appetizing when they're done, but hot dang they were tasty!
