My New Year's resolution was to read a book a week.Book #25: Childhood's End (1953), by Arthur C. Clarke, finished 8/6. I can't say much about this book that wouldn't spoil it for anyone who hasn't read it. I guess it was kind of like The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, except without any of the funny bits.
