Dinner August 28th

Bacon-fat fried chicken (pre-sauced from the Harmon's), steamed chard from Mom's garden, and Couscous à la Wyffelz, which included shallots, bacon, and yellow petit pan squash, also from Mom's garden. What started as a "let's just cook up something with whatever we've got in the house" kind of dinner mutated as if by magic into a delicious, letter-C-themed feast.
