We've made sushi before, but this was the first time we made nigiri or tamagoyaki. Nigiri was easier than rolls, but I still gotta learn how to cut the fish into the right shapes for it. The tamagoyaki that Catherine made was better than any I've had in a restaurant.

We made so much we had to get Leo to help us finish it off. I've never seen him so excited about people food, and I've seen him get pretty excited about people food.
