Ouch! Mango-Habanero Chicken with Lots of Sour Cream and New Russets. So Catherine puts about a dozen habaneros in a plastic bag and asks me, "is this enough?" and I said, "sure," but she probably should have asked me, "is this too many?" Anyway, we de-seeded & puréed all 12 with the 1 mango left over from Catherine's birthday fruit. Then we let some chicken breasts marinade in the mixture for about two days. Then we baked the whole thing with some onions. In the future we will probably use a 3:1 or 4:1 ratio instead of a 12:1. Ouch!
