We stopped at the Abiquiu Inn in
Abiquiu, NM, and feasted on the following:
Tamale Cake Napoleon: Tamale cakes with avocado paste and sour cream, drizzled with a roasted red pepper sauce. A+
Steak Sandwich (B+), medium rare, with onion & rosemary spread and tomato soup (B).
1/2 lb burger with asadero cheese, green chiles, and pico de gallo (B) and pinto beans (D+).
