Dinner September 12th

Macaroni and cheese from scratch.  We made this up using the following ingredients:
  • Ham cubes we cubed ourselves
  • Cavatappi (thanks, Joe!)
  • Butter
  • Cream
  • Half & Half
  • Smokey Cheddar Cheese
  • Habanero Cheddar Cheese
  • Garlic bread from the Harmon's
  • Crushed red pepper
This dish sports an impressive payoff-to-effort ratio.  I washed mine down with some PBR, and that was nice.
