Dinner September 9th

Pistachio Chicken Breasts with Herb-Garlic Cheese Filling (OMFG), Sauteed Broccoli with Garlic Butter, and delicious Trader Joe's Zinfandel that our buddy Ron brought us.  Two more recipes from that Frog cookbook, from which we will probably eventually make everything.  Next time we make this one, though, we're going to use pre-shelled pistachios, and we're going to leave the pistachio dust in the coffee grinder and see whether it ruins the coffee.  And there'll be a next time for these, as they are truly "OMFG Delicious."  Also part of the recipe involves hammering the meat with a meat hammer!  A meat hammer!  MEAT!!  HAMMER!!!  Awesome.
