Somewhat similar to the Thai beef salad we make sometimes, but with fish (we used mahi mahi) instead of beef, and no mango. Crispifying the fish makes this salad a little more work. Mint & cilantro help keep the flavor light and lively. We used the bird's eye chili peppers this time--maybe about twice as many as necessary. How do you say
caliente in Thai? =)
