Faux Thai Beef, from a recipe Catherine & I saw on America's Test Kitchen, which we both agree is a strange name for an otherwise pretty decent show. We also agreed that this dish, though not really very "Thai" (jalapeños, mint & cilantro instead of bird's eye chilis and Thai basil), was otherwise pretty tasty.
